My name is Ekta Ghetia, and my journey as an educator and mentor has been shaped by purpose, resilience, and a deep desire to help young people find their path.

I began my academic journey in Bandra, India, where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. But it was in Khartoum, Sudan, where I discovered my true calling. For over eight years, I served as a Career Counselor at Khartoum American School, guiding students through one of the most important chapters of their lives, applying to universities and building futures filled with promise.

When the Sudanese war forced me to leave the life I had built, I made a choice: not to stop, but to start again—with purpose. Out of that chapter of displacement and courage was born Shri Sai Mentor, a firm dedicated to continuing the work closest to my heart—helping students believe in their potential and reach global academic opportunities.

Every student I mentor carries a story, and it is my privilege to walk beside them as they write the next chapter. This isn’t just work for me, it’s a mission!
